How booking works
Three steps and you're set
You message us
The booking button opens WhatsApp with your request already written. We confirm availability the same day.
We meet and set off
Tours leave from our downtown office. If your accommodation is on the way to the tour or near the centre, we collect you there — agreed over WhatsApp when you book.
How to pay
Pay whichever way suits you
To confirm a booking you pay at least 50% of the tour, or the full amount. The rest is settled on the day. If you need an invoice, ask for it when you book.

What we get asked most
What is NOT included in the price?
Entrance fees to archaeological sites and cenotes, drinks and tips are paid separately. Each tour page lists what every entrance costs, for nationals and for foreign visitors, so you can work out the full day before booking.
How much do I pay to hold my seat?
At least 50% of the tour price, or the full amount if you prefer. The rest is settled on the day of departure, before boarding. When you confirm over WhatsApp we agree on the method: card, transfer, deposit or cash. Nothing is charged on this website.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
No. The service contract is clear on this: no refunds of any kind are given for cancellation by the customer, neither full nor partial, and none for services you end up not using. What you can try is moving the date: message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know and we will see if there is room on another departure.
Are the timings exact?
They are approximate, and it is worth knowing when planning your day. Boarding has a waiting window of 15 to 40 minutes, and the return time depends on traffic, on the queue at the ticket booth and on the pace of the group. If you have a flight or something that cannot move that day, tell us when you book.
Do you pick me up at my hotel?
It depends where you are staying. Tours leave from our office on Calle 61, in the Centro Histórico. If your accommodation is near the centre or on the way to the tour, we can collect you there — it is agreed over WhatsApp when you book, not assumed.
What if it rains or a site closes?
Tours run anyway: in Yucatán it rains hard and briefly. If something is suspended for reasons beyond our control — an official site closure, a port closed for wind, an emergency — rescheduling is offered, subject to availability. The company is not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, official inspections or festivities.
Do you run private tours?
Yes, and we also build custom itineraries for groups of six or more. Send us your dates and we will quote you. If you book several tours or a package, departures are distributed according to the agency’s availability.
