Your first day in Mérida
If you land in the morning, arrival day is perfect for walking the historic center: the Plaza Grande, the cathedral and Paseo de Montejo. Save long day trips for the following days. If you arrive tired, an easy option is a cenote tour that leaves mid-morning the next day.
