First: what does the group want?
Every group has mixed tastes. Before you choose, agree on three things:
- How much travel you want that day. There are half-day tours near Mérida (cenotes, Mucuyché) and long road days (Bacalar, Isla Mujeres, Tulum, Las Coloradas).
- What interests you most: archaeology, cenotes, beaches, nature or towns.
- Whether you want a guide or freedom. A tour comes with a guide and a schedule; a transfer gives you freedom and a van just for you.
Guided tour or private transfer
| Tour | Transfer | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Per person | Per van |
| Guide | Yes | No |
| Includes | Depends on the tour: lunch, entry fees, boat | Van, driver and traveler insurance |
| Schedule | Fixed | Flexible, with agreed departure and return |
Mary Tours transfers are priced by van size, according to the number of passengers. For large groups that don't need a guide, it's often a very comfortable option.
The group discount
Booking from this page, all tours and transfers are for groups of 4 or more. On top of that, the three long trips to the Caribbean come with a per-person discount coupon for groups of 4 to 20:
- Bacalar, the lagoon of seven colors.
- Isla Mujeres.
- Tulum and the Casa Tortuga cenotes.
The coupon amount is calculated in the booking form on this page, based on the tour and the number of people.
How to coordinate booking and payment
- One person makes the booking on WhatsApp with the total number of travelers, the date and the tour.
- Availability is confirmed the same day.
- You reserve with at least 50% of the total; the rest is paid on the day.
- Payment options include card, bank transfer, cash, OXXO, PayPal and Revolut, so everyone can use their preferred method.
If anyone in the group needs an invoice, ask when you book.
